Monthly Rentals

At Residence Albatros, we are pleased to offer monthly rental options (minimum stay of 4 months), ideal for extended stays in comfort.

From September to June

Studio, Lagoon View – 25 m²
€600 per month + personal water and electricity consumption
Included: 1 parking space, Wifi, 30 minutes of mandatory monthly cleaning (bathroom, kitchen, glass doors, terrace, floors)

From October to February

T1 Apartment, Sea View – 40 m²
€800 per month + personal water and electricity consumption
Included: 1 parking space, Wifi, 30 minutes of mandatory monthly cleaning (bathroom, kitchen, glass doors, terrace, floors)

Parking: Your designated parking space must be respected throughout your stay, with only one vehicle allowed per accommodation. Additional vehicles require an annual permit from the town hall (€20). Please ensure you park within the marked lines of your space.

Barbecues: The use of barbecues or firepits for grilling is strictly prohibited.

Storage: A communal storage room is available for bicycles. It is forbidden to store any items in corridors, gardens, or other common areas.

Pets: Pets are welcome in the common areas provided they are kept on a leash and do not cause damage or create noise.

Games: Ball games are not permitted in the common areas.

Terraces and Balconies: Hanging laundry on the façade, throwing cigarette butts or other waste from balconies, leaving indoor furniture outside, or washing terraces in a way that causes water to flow below are not permitted.

Noise: After 10:00 pm, please respect the rest of your neighbors.

Waste: Recycling and garbage bins are located outside the parking area, on the right-hand side opposite the building.

Apartments: It is strictly forbidden to block ventilation grilles or air vents, stick adhesive hooks or other objects to walls, or make holes in the walls.

Applicants are asked to provide by email:

  • A valid ID
  • A permanent employment contract (CDI) or proof of income (minimum 2.5× rent)
  • The last 3 payslips

On Arrival (2 pm – 5 pm):

  • Signature of the rental contract and house rules
  • Payment of the first month’s rent + security deposit (1 month, cashed)
  • Proof of home insurance (indicating apartment number and surface area)
  • Credit card details for monthly rent and charges (debited on the 5th)
  • Check-in inventory and meter readings
  • Parking registration (1 space per apartment)
  • Key handover
  • Check-out appointment scheduled 2 weeks before leaving
  • Final cleaning by tenant prior to check-out inventory
  • Meter readings and payment of charges
  • Refund of deposit by cheque within 1 month (after providing forwarding address)
  • Return of keys and gate badge
